- Only purcahses made on www.feelingsindia.com are eligible for returns.
- Return requests should be raised within 14 days from delivery.
- To be eligible for return, the item must be in the same condition as it was received, unworn or unused with tags and in its original packaging.

- All outerwear products, including Nighties, Short Kurtas etc.
Exclusions for Health & Hygiene Standards:
- Innerwear ( Panties, Hipsters, Boyleg, Shorties, Underwear etc.)
Return Guidelines:
Damaged External Packaging:
- If the packaging is damaged, don't accept the package.
- Report immediately through the Contact Us section.
- Once the return is accepted by us, the refund gets queued for processing to the banking partners.
Delivery of Damaged/Different Product:
- Please furnish images of Damaged/Different Products to substantiate the claim.
- Refund gets queued for processing to the banking partners after successful pick-up.
Return through Self-Shipment:
- Return the items in the original packaging to the address in contact us section.
